The Galvanising and Powder Coating Process

All Projects are installed to meet expectation on longevity and durability. To achieve this, we recommend galvanising and powder-coating. Each steel gate undergoes a particular series of processes, which may include shot blasting, a cleansing bath, hot dipped galvanizing, and powder coating in a colour of your choice. This multi-step treatment not only enhances the aesthetics of the metalwork but also creates a protective layer, effectively preventing rust which ensures your ironwork stands the test of time.

Swing gates

Our best Seller! Why? Not only do they look great, but they are also a cost-effective install and operate perfectly either manually or automatically. Traditionally swing gates are installed for the gate leaves to open into the property however due to their versatility, they can also swing outward, provided it is safe to do so.

If we are unable to achieve an outward swing installation for a driveway on a rising incline, we do have an alternative solution – explore our sliding gates.

Folding gates

Folding gates are manufactured as separate leaves which are held by equally placed drop bolts. They are operated manually and are a fantastic remedy for entrance ways on a gradient or where parking space is limited. Their independent leaves allow the flexibility of opening fully for vehicle access, alongside simply opening just one leaf for pedestrians, you could even open just two leaves, the possibilities are unmatched.

Finials/rail heads - what are finials/railheads?

Originally finials/rail heads were architectural, carved stone figures which were designed to draw attention to the tops of buildings, churches, walls etc. More commonly today, they are constructed from metal and used for bed posts, flag poles and decorative purposes on furniture.

We apply them to gates, railings and balustrading providing a more classic, yet detailed look. I’m sure you can agree, there is certainly something very charming about traditional gates with spear shaped finials on top.

Whatever your style, we’re sure to have a finial that you can proudly showcase on the top of your gate, railing, or balustrading.
